We succeeded in reuniting them with their families so that they could spend Christmas together
The snow storms which have lashed England for the last few days were on the point of ruining Christmas for many families as some of their members were finding themselves with no way of getting home in time to celebrate the holiday with their loved ones.
At the end of the working day we received a call from a Spanish company which had dozens of employees stuck in England because their flights had been cancelled and there were no seats left on later flights. The only seats available were after Christmas Day.
In a few hours we had organised practically all the details for a charter flight from London to Madrid with a 150-passenger capacity. Our biggest concern was to make sure that the aircraft was attended to in London as the handling agents were swamped and could barely cope.
The collaboration of everyone involved was crucial and we finally managed to transport the group barely 15 hours after getting the call for assistance. And this is how we got another happy customer.
